The Highlights:
Gentle and Restorative Yoga: Let the energy of the equinox flow through you as we guide you through a harmonious blend of gentle and restorative yoga postures. Reconnect with your body, finding strength and flexibility, and nurturing the seeds of change within.
Breathing Practices: Spring is a time of fresh starts and new beginnings, and our breathing practices will help you settle into this transformative season. Learn to breathe mindfully, finding calm and serenity in the midst of change, and harness the power of your breath to uplift your spirit.
Mudras and Mindfulness: Explore the world of mudras, those magical hand gestures that can enhance your connection to the seasons and your inner self. We’ll show you how to use mudras to harmonize with the energy of spring, unlocking new possibilities and embracing positive change.
Meaningful Intentions: Just as the world awakens after a long winter’s nap, we invite you to cultivate your own intentions for the season ahead. In a nurturing and supportive environment, we’ll guide you to develop and embrace intentions that will help you embody the transformation that spring represents.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat, blanket, must have props, comfy clothes, an open heart, and a sense of introspective adventure.
